Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Belgo®  double row angular contact ball bearings are mainly used for passenger car wheels. This type of ball bearings can take radial and axial loads in both directions. These bearings are able to accommodate tilting moments.

ROLLERS

Belgo® rollers and roller systems are generally used for the single & tandem side curtains, tent halls and roof & poultry systems.

HUB BEARING

These type of Belgo®  bearings are used in the axles of commercial trucks. They are applied with seals, greasing and mounting rings that are necessary for replacement.

TAPERED ROLLER BEARINGS

Belgo® tapered roller bearings are used in truck axles. These berings are used to accommodate large radial and thrust loads in a single direction and consist of the cup (outer ring) and the cone (inner ring), the tapered rollers (rolling elements), the cage (roller retainer).

Belgo®  tapered roller bearings are also available in two and four row versions in order to support axial loads in either direction.

Due to high accuracy pressed steel cage of Belgo tapered roller bearings, these bearings are operated in low heat generation and reduced lubrication. In addition to that, it is used high carbon chromium steel as a material technology.

HUB REPAIRING KIT

Belgo® hub repairing kits are used with seals and rings which exists in the axle as well. All hub repairing kits are applied with seals, greasing, assembling and sealing rings that are necessary for replacement.

Cage & Needle Roller Assemblies

Belgo® cage and needle roller assemblies are used to accommodate high loads in minimum space. If they are properly lubricated, they can be also operated at high speeds. They are mainly used in roller finger follower assemblies, roller rocker arm assemblies, lifter roller injector needles and components, drawn cup needle bearings for balancer shafts and camshafts, solid race needle bearings or cylindrical roller bearings for balancer shafts, fractured rings and half cages for crankshafts

 Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearings

Belgo® drawn cup needle roller bearings consist of unique thin-walled outer ring structure and deep drawn. They have high loading capacity as well as high maximum permissive load owing. Their main feature is to be used for the applications in which the housing bore is not option to apply as a raceway for cage assembly and needle roller

Solid Needle Roller Bearings

Belgo® solid needle roller bearings are used to accommodate high loads in minimum spaces during the operation. The rollers are accurately guided by the cage.

Thrust Needle Roller Bearings

Belgo®  thrust needle roller bearings have two – piece joined cage. They can accommodate large axial loads. Since they are interchangeable and mounting space is too small, it facilitates to replace conventional sliding thrust washer.
